The first step in feeling better for everyone I think is learning basic stress management and relaxing. Some ways to do this is to slow down, do one thing at a time, be in the present, and learn relaxation skills of slow deep breathing, visualization techniques (visualize focus on what you want and what it looks and feels like, and relax your body with progressive muscle relaxation going from head to toe tightening up muscle groups then breath in to each area and breath out the tension. After establishing these basic skills you can increase to meditation and other forms of deeper relaxation.
